As a Process Leader Launch, you will be responsible for the training and certification of launch and inline associates in delta contents for SBWEs and new models.

Also, you will update, approve and transfer  ItO SABs in MAPP. You will be responsible for the detection and notification of wrong fitment points for new material. 

Reporting and handshake of assembly/planning, quality parts and concept issues found during handover of materials and assembly of pre-series vehicles. Creation of assembly strategies per line for pre-series phases depending on the number of new processes, new materials and associates.

 Also, you will lead cubing events at CMM (measurement room) with QMTs and PIs to assemble and test the new parts in reference bodies. 
 

     -    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field of study. 
-    Experience in problem solving techniques: PDCA, 8Ds, Ishikawa, 5Ws, Six Sigma.
-    Knowledge in IT Systems: IPS-Q, BVIS, IPS-L, MAPP, Takt-IQ
-    Line balancing experience.
-    Fluent business English.
