Description
This is a full-time internship position for a Summer Rotation, expected to start around June 5, 2023 through September 1, 2023 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
The intern should be able to provide support to various strategic projects that are started or in progress, including planning meetings, completing assigned tasks, and managing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking various project administrative tasks including meeting minutes, and setting up meetings
- Completing assigned action points
- Working with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at time of application
- Background in systems infrastructure
- Technical background preferred
- Field of Study: Business, Management.
- Project Management experience
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
- Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
- Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international students only)
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Ability to lead without authority to deliver these projects
- Ability to collaborate better to achieve a common goal
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical capabilities
