The AcceleratiON Programme is the BMW Group’s international graduate programme offering the opportunity to jumpstart the career of talented graduates and young professionals.
Through completing four different assignments, participants work in various parts of the BMW Group including BMW headquarters in Munich and another international BMW market.
During their assignments, participants gain insights into business processes, strategy, culture, and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective.
Establishing an excellent international network while working on strategic and operational projects in three different countries, the programme provides a solid basis for a successful international career at the BMW Group.
Major Responsibilities and Degree of Influence
Contribute ideas/initiatives to the development of training framework and join strategic projects regarding talent and leadership development
Use systematic approach to conduct training needs analysis with customers and stakeholder to define program objective, target group and contents, which fits to business requirements, HR strategy, and competency requirement
Ensure programs are implemented timely with high quality.
Evaluate and review training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Plan and manage training budget and oversee training payment in area of responsibility.
Liaise with AG as contact window regarding some of topics of talent management
Other tasks assigned by line manager
Bachelor or above degree with major in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration preferred
Knowledge / Skills /Competences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytic, reporting and project management abilities
Good usage and speaking of English, German will be a plus
Readiness for an international career.
6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in HR function - talent management preferred.
4+ months of international experience (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel).
