AcceleratiON Programme-HR


Key Objectives and Scope of the Position                                                 

  • The AcceleratiON Programme is the BMW Group’s international graduate programme offering the opportunity to jumpstart the career of talented graduates and young professionals. 
  • Through completing four different assignments, participants work in various parts of the BMW Group including BMW headquarters in Munich and another international BMW market.
  • During their assignments, participants gain insights into business processes, strategy, culture, and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective. 
  • Establishing an excellent international network while working on strategic and operational projects in three different countries, the programme provides a solid basis for a successful international career at the BMW Group.                       

Major Responsibilities and Degree of Influence                            

  • Contribute ideas/initiatives to the development of training framework and join strategic projects regarding talent and leadership development                            
  • Use systematic approach to conduct training needs analysis with customers and stakeholder to define program objective, target group and contents, which fits to business requirements, HR strategy, and competency requirement                            
  • Ensure programs are implemented timely with high quality.                             
  • Evaluate and review training effectiveness for continuous improvement.                            
  • Plan and manage training budget and oversee training payment in area of responsibility.                            
  • Liaise with AG as contact window regarding some of topics of talent management                             
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager 


  • Bachelor or above degree with major in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration preferred       
  • Knowledge / Skills /Competences                         
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills                            
  • Excellent analytic, reporting and project management abilities                               
  • Good usage and speaking of English, German will be a plus                            
  • Readiness for an international career.                            
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in HR function - talent management preferred.                         
  • 4+ months of international experience (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel).
