Financial Planning Intern (Fall 2023)

The Financial Planning Intern will work on daily attendance reporting, Weekly Overtime Reporting, Budget Reporting (Weekly/Monthly), Weekly Management Budget and Overtime Presentations, Off work weekly reporting.
The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
Running SAP (Bex) reports on a weekly basis to report overtime for Paint Shop.
Daily Attendance tracking and reporting to Paint Shop management.
Review Consumable reporting on a weekly basis.
Time Studies and headcount evaluations.
Cost savings analysis (work with vendors and Paint Shop Management on cost saving potentials, ideas).
Consumable evaluation and savings potentials.
Forecast tool generation and improvement.
Pursuing degree in Business/Finance/Accounting.
Microsoft Office knowledge (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint).
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for co-op positions.
Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
