The Industrial Engineering Coordinator analyzes and assess production under time planning aspects, make accurate recommendations to improve assembly processes or to resolve operation gaps based on Time Measurement Analysis, Drive MTM analysis to continuously improve production processes, Lead projects to meet Value Added and Utilization KPIs, Coordination of training needs for process specialists, Manage projects within time, budget and technical constraints, Management of personal demand planning inclusing SAP - AWP (attendance work planning).

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration with production background or Financial background.
• 3-5 years Experience in production, project management, planning or in supply chain function.
• Project management experience.
• Line balancing and Time Analysis.
• Leadership experience (Team or project leader).
• Self-driven and solutions oriented.
• Fluent business English.
