To develop and enhance the Rolls-Royce brand image & value through Global Brand Communication including Artwork and Content Management.
Lead the global Rolls-Royce brand communications team, with the responsibility for developing and delivering global brand marketing communications plan, assets, marketing collateral, in line with yearly objectives and sustainable long term strategic targets.
Development and execution of a global brand communication strategy.
Effective Brand Management by developing & executing global brand & product campaigns to strengthen a globally consistent brand position and to support product launches and impulses.
Development and international alignment of annual and quarterly communication channel and content planning, in line with strategic brand direction and requirements for product related sales impulses.
Provide class-leading Marketing communication concepts, artwork and collaterals for active prospecting and loyalty. This includes sales literature/ product brochures etc, Overall return on invest (ROI) for all channels to be measured and most effective and efficient concepts and channels to be derived.
Establish KPIs for all relevant marketing communication activities and examine measured results in terms of prospects, conversion rate and sales. Analyse achievements and continuously improve process and activities to increase marketing efficiency.
Ensure well planned and internationally coordinated budget.
Steering and briefing of marketing creative agencies in terms of brand communication requirements, from ideation through to concept delivery and roll out.
Strong Luxury market and brand experience & understanding.
Understanding of the global automotive and/or luxury market
Digital Marketing Experience.
Ideally experience and expertise in creating brand relevance for UHNWI / VHNWI target audience.
Team management experience, ideally combined with BMW Group network (in Munich) or other multinational company.
Strategic planning paired with entrepreneurial spirit.
Automotive product knowledge and affinity.
Understanding of integrated communication and performance management.
Excellent communication skills.
Marketing and budget planning.
Significant agency management experience.
Experience working with C-suite management and stakeholders
Operative and strategic / conceptual marketing experience required.
Understanding of regional variances (e.g., cultural differences, working ethics)
Good understanding of social media communication channels, tools and lead generation.
Capable to work under pressure and self-motivated.
Good balance between assertiveness and diplomacy.
Second language skills strongly desirable, preferable German business fluent English required.
