As a Coordinator Corporate Food Services, you will be responsible of steer and implements activities for Food Services in San Luis Potosi operations. Implements concepts and operational oversight of food service providers. Ensures adherence to compliance to the contract and RFP, BMW Food Safety Guideline and quality needs.
Furthermore you will ensures compliance through reviews, inspections and audits, investigate and resolves complaints regarding food quality or service, support in daily operations related to cost controls, customer service, activities with internal partners as necessary, such as facility management and building department for items such as utilities modifications, equipment installations, wall and floor repair, steering the service partners for repair, improvements, specialized cleaning, specialized inspections.
Supervises application of surveys, root cause analysis and countermeasures for performance optimization (customer satisfaction surveys).
You should have:
- Bachelor´s degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Food Chemical Engineering, Gastronomy, Tourism Management
- Experience in SAP.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Software.
- Knowledge in hygiene regulations NOM-251, Distinctive H / HACCP and food service quality.
- Knowledge in ISO 22,000 is an advantage.
- Fluent English level.
- Advanced level of service and customer orientation
