Manager Solution Architecture

Description

Lead regional IT landscape maintenance and update. Aligned with local, region and central stakeholders.
Collaborate with project team, business and operations to ensure the implementations of IT solution inline with architecture specifications.
Research and evaluate technical solutions based on business requirements in project phase, select suitable master solution and guide project implementation.
Lead and manage implementation of complex technical solutions, effectively align among product teams.
Accurate and up-to-date IT applications overview and interfaces with other BMW China legal entities and the relevant headquarter infrastructures supporting business operations in China.
Establish and maintain development standards and prescriptions. Evaluate and optimize estimates from development teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
Develop long term technical roadmap and continual revenue/cost optimization

Qualifications

Technical knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Big Data, BI Tools (e.g Tableau, BO), Linux, Mobile, Web, Apps, APIs, Messaging, Databases,Networks
Knowledge and understanding of technical architecture, application systems design and integration in a large heterogeneous enterprise environment with hands on experience in SOA, Java/J2EE, XML, WebSphere/WebLogic/Apache TomCat Application Server, Rules Engine, Oracle or DB2 programming methodologies
Knowledge of industry standard project execution methodologies like DevOps, Agile, Waterfall, etc.

Language capability: Chinese and English.
