Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Intern (12 months)
BMW Group Canada provides representational sales-related services for our affiliate, Roll-Royce Motor Cars, in the Canadian market. To assist in providing these services, we are looking for an energetic, driven and motivated individual to support their operations in Canada starting this October.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Logistics and Fleet Management support.
- Support in preparation of market presentations and retailer communications (i.e. Retailer Bulletins).
- Purchasing documentation and SAP related tasks.
- Planning support for regional and North American events including on-site where applicable.
- Under supervision and guidance, act as liaison/support to the retail network on various sales related topics.
- Provide cross-departmental support for RRMC between various internal departments -accounting/controlling, RRMC Financial services.
- Creation of sales reports to support key business functions.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate having completed a post-secondary degree or diploma. Focus on business administration or marketing is an asset.
- Experience in Data Analytics required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP an asset.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Strong relationship management skills
- Travel may be required so must have applicable COVID-19 vaccines and valid passport
