Description

Plant Oxford is the birthplace and heart of MINI production. Manufactured to individual customer specifications, hundreds of MINIs leave the plant’s assembly lines each day, off to meet new owners in more than 110 countries around the world. Three UK plants have a part to play in MINI production – Plant Hams Hall makes engines, Plant Swindon produces body pressings and sub-assemblies for MINI, and all this comes together at Plant Oxford with body shell production, paint and final assembly.

 

HR Management

What will you be doing?

  • Operationally complete and take full responsibility for tasks to support the HRM team in delivery of targets and enabler projects. 
  • To support the Managers / associates in the technologies with handling operational queries daily, administration support to HRM team such as absence reporting charts, letters for associates such as absence review invitations and job change letters etc., preparing disciplinary / grievance packs etc.
  • Reporting and data analysis to support HR processes such as absence and probation
  • Supporting the HRM team with general operation and coordination activities.
Qualifications
  • Working towards a 2:2 or above Degree in HR or related subjects e.g., business studies
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic,
  • Resilience, flexibility, and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong excel, business intelligence systems/database skills alongside degree level standard of general office skills
