Process Leader for Underbody

As a Process Leader for Underbody, you will be in charge of ensuring fulfillment of the production program in assigned area of responsibility, in terms of quality, volume and efficiency. You will also manage, instruct, and assign tasks to production personnel, understand and create enthusiasm for target fulfillment through emotional vision. Review of production figures (volume, quality, budget), develop, agree, and implement counter measures e.g. extra shifts, overtime, rework in this area of Body Shop.

 

Furthermore, you will be responsible for training of new employees (determine the training requirements for the employees and organize registrations for training courses, prepare the training course planning for his area and assess the effectiveness.

• Bachelor´s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field of study.
• 3+ years of experience in positions in Automotive Industry, specifically in Body in White production.
• Experience in joining / welding technologies and geometrical know how to control and improve the process and product.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Fluent business English.
