Rolls-Royce Connected Services provide our clients an enhanced vehicle ownership experience through a range of in-car digital services & products. The Connected Services Specialist is responsible for the management of the Global Ownership Services Rolls-Royce Connected Services. Primarily focused to deliver initiatives and solutions that positively drive and influence customer retention within the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Global Dealer Network. Activities will encompass programmes that impact on an effortless ownership experience for the customers of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. This role will require working collaboratively with our Product Development, Regional Teams and Dealers to innovative the delivery of luxury digital services.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops and manages the Global market implementation of Rolls-Royce Connected Services in order to maximise both customer loyalty and retention.
- Responsible for Rolls-Royce Connected Services Market performance, ensuring robust reporting tools are in place to enable the targeted, and detailed performance management of all necessary and compliant steps.
- Primary point of contact for providing Technical Support for Global Rolls-Royce Connected Services, programmes, initiatives, activities and functionality.
- Serves as the Ownership Services main liaison within product circles, providing market feedback for digital services development.
- Co-ordinates testing of vehicle digital services, internal and external dealer systems for all current and future Rolls-Royce Connected Services programmes.
- Ensures the development of appropriate marketing, communication and training platforms to promote new Rolls-Royce Connected Services products and services for the Dealer Network and customers alike.
What you will bring:
- University degree Level or above (preferably in a business related discipline).
- Project Management background.
- Data analysis and reporting experience.
- High level of commercial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels.
- Passion for putting the customer first and delivering exceptional levels of service to customers, Dealers, suppliers and other key stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
- Ability to project manage and prioritise workload.
- Experience of Telematics is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Dealer operations is advantageous.
- German language would be a plus.
