Assistant Manager Contract Management
Assist manager to arrange whole team daily work and follow up result of assigned work
As interface to keep active communication with team and other departments to ensure all works can be done smoothly
Maintain accurate customer documents and records, and report any potential risk to manager on time
Monitor, support and evaluate the implementation of assigned team work, ensuring task or project to be implemented within team.
Help manager to maintain accurate customer repayment record in PBOC (ML) and TU (HK) , keep necessary communication with related parties to ensure smooth daily operation.
Help manager to ensure timely and accurate daily Direct Debit (payment) operation and online payment service, contact with banks (ML/HK) and online service provider for related problem solving. DD and online payment set up failure and related problems follow up.
Optimize all related working procedures, discuss with inter-department colleagues to work out a win-win solution.
Assist to develop and prepare various management reports.
Being backup when manager is on leave/ out of office
Accomplish additional business-related tasks based on business requirements assigned by the line manager
Document management, Banking or Accounting experience preferable.
Knowledge of end user computing skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio)
Interpersonal skill, good at commnunication, leading team members to fulfill high quality service.
Fluency in English, Mandarin (required)
