Specialist Contract Management

Description

Responsible for accurate post-loan/customer information, daily collateral and document management process, maintaining accurate data on time.

Responsible for daily operation in different systems and spreadsheets, conducting data fix process and system testing.

Responsible for daily business quality control and defect check, maintaining accurate defect data on time.

Responsible for making judgement on insurance issues, change asset and other changes in relevant business.

Responsible for issuing documents and reports internally/externally on daily basis.

Responsible for coordinating with outsourced service suppliers on daily business.

Accomplish all additional business-related tasks assigned by the line manager based on business requirements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT and Chinese word-processing

Fluency in Mandarin and English 

Ability to multi-task & Detail orientation

System testing or system enhancement experience (preferred)

Must be well organized with an eye for detail and ability to work efficiently
