We want to make this an even greater part of our future, so we are currently seeking a Maintenance Team Leader. 

What Awaits You? 

•    As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and training a team of technical associates within your automated area. Driving the overall performance within your area, you will put your solving problem skills into practice and push for continuous improvement to ensure targets are met.
•    You will be a champion of ensuring that suitable processes are carried out to comply with legal requirements to include safe working practices, accidents prevention and understanding and supporting risk assessments. 
•    The opportunity to be a key interface with other internal stakeholders to ensure OEE topics are satisfactory and prevent stoppages. This will include conditional monitoring on manufacturing equipment.
•    Your remit will include taking accountability for steering Maintenance activities within your area of responsibility.
•    You will be responsible for working with and supporting the introduction of any innovative or process improvement topics. This will aim to drive innovative solutions, transformational activities and facilitate improvements to navigate the business to become more competitive.
•    Your duties will include driving the use of “Data” in the business to support better transparency of live information into the areas of operation. This will enable enhanced ability for process improvement.

Qualifications

•    Recognised Engineering apprenticeship qualification, Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent is advantageous. Other appropriate experience or qualifications in a related field of manufacturing is valuable. 
•    Excellent general mechanical and/or electrical engineering skills and knowledge.
•    Proven experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.
•    Previous leadership experience is beneficial.

This role operates on a day and night shift pattern consisting of 12-hour shifts. You will be given a shift premium for unsociable hours.
