What awaits you?

• You will support the HR manager daily with the recruitment and selection related tasks (creating job-ads, prescreening
• candidates, organizing interviews).
• You will be deeply involved and responsible for HR administration related to the employee journey, starting from
• entries and onboarding, through training and development, payroll, performance evaluations, until terminations.
• Your will also be involved in HR related projects.
• You will get a complete insight of HR activities within Hungary and Romania.

What is your professional background?

• University student or fresh graduate in HR/business administration/economics/sociology
• You are interested in human resources management and have a general understanding of HR.

What you should bring along?

• Passion & enthusiasm with ownership attitude,
• Responsibility and trustworthiness,
• Precision, accountability,
• Advanced user of MS Office applications especially Excel,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Hungarian and in English.
