Material Process Analysis Senior Specialist

What awaits you?

•    In this role as a Material Process Analysis Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes. You will provide comprehensive technology material analysis to all relevant process partners, focusing on failure analysis of parts and production processes. You will also actively support the problem management process at the plant level, developing containment strategies, evaluating countermeasures, and implementing long-term solutions to meet quality targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

•    Furthermore, you will take a leading role in conducting systematic analysis of production processes and supplier parts components. You will oversee the calibration and maintenance of assigned specific equipment, coordinating with suppliers and issuing shopping cards as needed. Additionally, you will organize and lead improvement initiatives for analysis activities within the local and global Technology Materials and Process Analytics network and with external laboratory partners. You will also contribute to the design and development of a new process and materials knowledgebase.

What you should bring along?

•    Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Metallurgy and Materials, Mechanical engineering or a closely related field.
•    3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing company such as automotive OEM, TIER 1, TIER 2.
•    5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, knowledge on material technologies, testing and analysis techniques.
•    Advanced experience level of problem solving and use of quality tools.
•    Fluent in business English.
