Senior Specialist Maintenance

Become part of our highly motivated team at the San Luis Potosi site and participate in the further expansion of internal plant engineering at our international locations. Work with us to build production systems for car body construction, electric drives (high-voltage storage and electric motor) and other technologies.

What awaits you?

•    In a highly motivated production team, you will work on the series assembly of the Gen 6 energy module, where you will be responsible for error analysis and elimination in a highly automated environment to ensure high technical availability. You will also plan various maintenance activities for the production lines and special processes, including spare part administration and general maintenance material management. Additionally, you will optimize production processes and systems with operative maintenance, controls, and methodology.
•    You will also use maintenance-related systems (e.g., SAP) for your maintenance tasks, support all suppliers performing services in the assigned area and double-check the provided service, and support associates with technical problems, informing them about technical changes after a technology/production system update.
•    Finally, you will also participate in new project development with other departments to optimize production lines, focusing on technical availability and cycle time.

What you should bring along?

•    Technical education in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial chemistry, or a related field.
•    A bachelor's degree in engineering is desirable.
•    3+ years of experience in maintaining highly automated production lines and planning maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing company.
•    Expert knowledge of special production processes
•    Experience in production with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology, e.g., in electromobility.
•    Be a structured and self-responsible employee.
•    Good communication and teamwork skills.
