Project Steerer Senior Specialist

Become part of our highly motivated team at the San Luis Potosi site and participate in the further expansion of internal plant engineering at our international locations. Work with us to build production systems for car body construction, electric drives (high-voltage storage and electric motor) and other technologies.

What awaits you?
•    You will ensure smooth information flow between projects and work by continuously ensuring the smooth organization of departmental and cross-plant interfaces. Also, as the overall responsible for controlling and tracking the schedule, you will make improvements to it as needed.
•    You will manage KPI measures, solve technical issues, and ensure the consistency of the parameters with the affected work sites by planning and executing feasibility and inquiry orders.
•    Additionally, you will plan resources based on the communicated workload, be responsible for steering and tracking due date appointments, and monitor capacity indicators and system administration to ensure the smooth running of the project.

What you should bring along?

•    Bachelor’s Degree in  administration, contability,  related field of study. 
•    3+ years of experience in industry.
•    Passion for BMW vehicles.
•    Fluent business English.
