Become part of our highly motivated team at the San Luis Potosi site and participate in the further expansion of internal plant engineering at our international locations. Work with us to build production systems for car body construction, electric drives (high-voltage storage and electric motor) and other technologies.
 

What awaits you?

•    As a methodology specialist with expert knowledge, you will be responsible for special processes such as welding, foaming, gluing, screwing, riveting, and laser technologies. You will also support the team in the production process and implement improvement measures to optimize the availability and output of the production system.

•    Also, you will support maintenance and production in permanently eliminating complex faults. You will work with the maintenance and production teams to diagnose and troubleshoot complex faults, and then develop and implement solutions to repair those faults.

•    Furthermore, one of your principal task will be to develop and further develop processes to support series production and prepare new projects. You will work with the production and product development teams to develop and implement new processes and improve existing processes. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing new projects, such as developing process plans and identifying and mitigating risks.

What you should bring along?

•    Bachelor's degree in industrial, chemical, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, or a closely related field
•    3+ years of experience in production with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology, especially in electromobility
•    Experience as a production specialist or methodologist, ideally in an automated production environment
•    Solid knowledge of welding, foaming, gluing, screwing, riveting, and laser technologies
•    Fluent in business English
