Industrial Engineer (f/m/x)

We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking a Industrial Engineer (f/m/x) at our BMW Group Plant Debrecen.

What awaits you?

• Leading and assisting projects to perform time studies related to labor capacity and productivity to meet KPIs in Body in White & Paint shop.
• Applying Lean concepts to projects to enable the attainment of targets. Participating in the establishment of Headcount targets.
• Driving / assisting IE studies to improve or ensure balance operator workload, throughput, cost-reduction, non-value-added activities reduction for Body in White & Paint shop processes.
• Ensuring plans and countermeasures are in place to achieve the IE deliverables.
• Ensuring all proper documentation are in place after a change had been implemented to ensure labor standards for Body in White & Paint shop processes.
• Managing tasks & projects within time and technical constraints.
• Making accurate recommendations to improve Body in White & Paint shop processes or to resolve operations gaps based on Time Measurement Analysis.Collaborating on the design of the stickman chart for Body in White & Paint shop processes to ensure they meet the requirements.

What should you bring along?

• Minimum BA degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant working experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering on Automate process.
• Strong understanding and experience applying Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Depth Knowledge of Process Mapping (Flow Diagrams, VSD, VSM, etc.).
• High level of Leadership & interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Strong problem-solving skills & experienced based on methodology.
• Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English; German would be an advantage.
