We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of BMW Brand Management, Arts & Thought Leadership Collaborations.
The core content of the area is the strategic development, implementation and management of long-term international brand, arts and thought leadership collaborations. This involves strengthening the positioning of the BMW brand, its products and technologies in the international context among customers, opinion leaders and the media by means of suitable, high-quality brand collaborations (primarily in the non-automotive environment) and to reach new target groups.
What awaits you?
- Support in the communicative activation of the collaboration projects across all channels (content creation, VIP events, online and social media, advertising, PR etc.), in cooperation with the relevant interfaces and national sales companies.
- Research and tracking of various communicative measures (e.g. trend scouting, event KPIs, media reach, etc.) and art world insights.
- Contributing to the visual and content design of internal and external collaborations (e.g. presentations and communicative media such as films, invitations, etc.).
- Support in the creation and preparation of strategy and concept documents.
- Coordination of administrative activities with internal and external partners (e.g. vehicle management, ticket overviews, room bookings, travel costs etc.).
What should you bring along?
- Second half diploma/bachelor's degree or master's degree in International Marketing, Communication Studies, or Arts ideally with focus on brand management, digital communications, events or a comparable course of study.
- First practical experience in marketing, events, or agencies.
- Affinity for design, art, music and architecture.
- Openness to support the team with creative projects and at the same time operative tasks.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop.
- Driver's license.
- Fluent in German and English, other language skills are an advantage.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Organizational talent and structured way of working.
