As a Senior HR Management Specialist you’re acting as the first point of contact for all management queries and topics related to their area of responsibility. Supporting managers and employees in finding solutions for department specific and individual HR queries. Are you ready for this challenge with us?
What awaits you?
Supporting the Greenfield project ramp-up from HR management perspective.
Applying and implementing HR regulations, processes in line with HR/Business strategy.
Providing HR services to technologies in a proactive and strategic manner.
Facilitating the administration and application of performance management process, salary planning, succession planning.
Working closely with the Unions representatives and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legislations.
Ensuring that all actions related to employment, contract changes, retirement and terminations are timely implemented with legal compliance.
Preparing calculations and presentations regarding HR/Business needs.
What should you bring along?
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner field in automotive or manufacture industries.
University degree in Economics, Technology or HR with economical mindset.
Strong knowledge on Hungarian employment law and working time regulations.
Confident with analytics and numbers.
Project and result-oriented way of working.
English and Hungarian business fluent both spoken and written, German would be an advantage.
