Specialist Indirect Purchasing (f/m/x)

We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking Specialist Indirect Purchasing.

What awaits you?

• Executing purchasing-process, according to the BMW Purchasing regulations and processes. Providing the right suppliers for the bidding process.
• Coordinating together with legal department the legal terms and conditions with suppliers. Conducting the commercial negotiations and ensure to reach the financial targets.
• Preparing and presenting the awarding in the different systems and in the international decider circles. Checking the suppliers are compliant with the BMW regulations.
• Supporting the business departments if a supplier escalation is necessary and ensure a proper communication towards the suppliers.
• Executing change-management process for the construction. Preparing and sending the order/ contract to the supplier.
• Training business departments in the standardized procurement process of the BMW Group.
• Setup and Tracking of Frame contracts. Checking, adapting and – if needed – revising PR/ PO in the systems (SAP-SRM, Coupa).

What should you bring along?

• Min. Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration etc.).
• At least 2-3 years experience in purchasing would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of microsoft office tools (Excel, word, powerpoint) is a must.
• Good analytical skills to set up clear structures (project and pricing).
• High level of confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of Purchasing-Tools, e.g. Coupa is an advantage.
• Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge is a must.
