As a Specialist Production Steering (f/m/x) assembly, you will become part of a dynamic, highly motivated and agile team with the aim of setting up the assembly in the new Debrecen plant and the initial launch of the New Class vehicle architecture.

What awaits you?

• Implementing the production steering processes within the new plant Debrecen, furthermore passing on the knowledge to new employees regarding production steering.
• Being responsible for the control of the business management in the technology assembly.
• Coordinating KPIs in assembly to achieve targets, including the steering for the target management process (e.g. time per unit, hours per vehicle, production volume, headcount, etc.)
• Evaluating scenarios and proactively deriving fields of action and driving them independently.
• Actively involving decision-makers and being the main interface with process partners like HR, Controlling and Planning.
• Integrating and improving relevant IT solutions.
• Creating transparency and preparing presentations to the top management. 

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor´s degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or controlling or planning.
• A high degree of flexibility, motivation, and a sense of responsibility.
• Comprehensive thinking and independent working style.
• Knowledge of common IT systems.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing, Hungarian and German language knowledge would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and perform majority of the BMW Group qualification program abroad during the first year of employment.
