As a Work and Time Measurement Specialist (f/m/x) assembly, you will become part of a dynamic, highly motivated and agile team with the aim of setting up the assembly in the new Debrecen plant and the initial launch of the New Class vehicle architecture.

What awaits you?

• Analyzing and assessing production under time planning aspects.
• Making accurate proposals to improve assembly processes based on Time Measurement Analysis.
• Improving assembly processes and workstations as part of the process improvement team.
• Analyzing and assessing the factors influencing the time variables within and outside of the production flow.
• Monitoring of the monthly performance status.
• Planning amount of direct associates requirement.
• Integrating relevant IT solutions.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor´s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field of work experience.
• 3 years of experience in time measurement, production management or planning would be an advantage.
• Team working spirit, win-win oriented.
• A high degree of flexibility, motivation, and a sense of responsibility.
• Comprehensive thinking, independent and proactive working style.
• Fluent English and Hungarian in speaking and writing, German language knowledge would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and perform majority of the BMW Group qualification program abroad during the first months of employment.
