As HR Planning and Steering Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing HR processes in accordance with the requirements of the central HR CoCs. Implement benchmarks and perform crossfunctional HR analyses to ensure HR inputs on Plant strategic topics are accurate and applicable for long term timeframes also to include long-term budget and headcount development planning for our BMW Group Plant in Debrecen.
What awaits you?
Main responsible for local tariff grading topics.
Steering the development of HR targets, definition of measures (in alignment with the managers) and monitoring of long and short term targets local HR.
Implementing an evaluation structure for plant organization; evaluating, re-evaluating and developing efficient HR processes.
Responsible for the direct and indirect working time systems and relevant instruments.
Taking care of the local idea management in alignment with central functions.
Defining requirements and processes for project management and control them across all HR sub-projects.
What should you bring along?
Min. Bachelor degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, Economics etc.).
Min. 2-3 years of experience in HR management, Planning and Streering or Controlling.
Commitment to work at BMW Group.
Independent worker who really solution oriented.
Willingness to learn, be open minded.
English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken, German would be an advantage.
