Production Process Specialist (f/m/x)

As a Production Process Specialist (f/m/x) you will work in the production area where we assemble the newest Generation of Energy Modules (Gen6). You will be responsible for steering the improvement process of the whole energy module production in Debrecen. Tasks are related to processes, methods, quality, people, economics and key figures.
What awaits you?
- You are responsible for optimizing processes in the production regarding quality, availability and production costs. You will be coordinating of the technology’s digitalisation and innovation improvements and projects.
- Coordinating and supporting continuous improvement projects with the focus on quality and equipment availability. Setting up teams for small projects, coaching the members and giving them instructions.
- Establishing an effective value stream management system, processes and circles - including the development of new methods in the technology energy module.
- Autonomously identifying potentials in the own area and initiates necessary actions.
- Responsible for the development of a lean production system with necessary standards and documentation.
What you should bring along?
- Successfully completed Master´s degree in engineering, ideally with focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production, automotive engineering.
- At least five years of professional experience in process improvement and lean management positions in the industry, preferably in production, planning or maintenance.
- A high level of analytical skills and knowledge of problem-solving methods. Strong teamwork and communication skills, have a flair for dealing with people and can mediate in conflict situations.
- English and Hungarian communication level language knowledge is required. German would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel in the BMW group network during the qualification program.
