APPRENTICE TRAINING SENIOR SPECIALIST TEM
As Apprentice Training Senior Specialist TEM, you will be responsible for the definition of skills and qualifications required to meet needs of individual business areas and agreed a standard apprenticeship content through develop appropriate training schemes, qualifications and placements focus on battery related topics for the new battery plant, as well as managing relationships with external Partner Schools and Universities.
Is expected of you to develop and on-going management of on-site training facilities, ensuring that interfaces to other business areas are effective, securing budget provision for above, providing individual Apprentices support, ensuring that Apprentices feel that qualification area has a responsibility to them as individuals as well as be responsible for managing Health, Safety and environmental topics active participation, attendance and disciplinary topics.
You should have: - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineer or related field of study. - 3+ years of experience in Experience in foaming, gluing and high voltage. - Desirable experience as as professor, as internal instructor, teaching and handling a group of students between 16 to 25 years old. - Expert on gluing, foaming and high voltage topics and knowledge of robots and PLCs. - Good communication skills. - Fluent business English.
