COORDINATOR FIRE PREVENTION

As a Coordinator Fire Prevention, you will be responsible to steer the governance and risk management for Fire Prevention and Response as well as Civil Protection for all BMW locations in Mexico, undertake regular analysis of requirements as well as risks for the locations and related processes and activities by coordinating and steering external and internal audits including preparation, accompaniment during on-site visits, document reviews and follow-up.

Furthermore, provide professional consulting support to all internal stakeholders regarding regulatory requirements, governance, risks, procedures, technical designs and equipment needs, support the local responsible organizations in the design/development of fire protection systems, procedures and implementation of technology, equipment and processes.

Also, you will conduct benchmark and continuous improvement for key process activities such as Hot Works, Work from heights and Works in confined spaces and ccooperate with external experts in public administration, other companies, consultancies and other fire prevention and firefighting organizations.

You should have:

- Bachelor’s Degree fire engineering or related field of study.

- 5+ years of experience in fire prevention and fire incident command in the industrial sector, preferably production or automobile industry.

- Passionate for all matter related to Fire and Civil Protection.

- Fluent business English.
