We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in our central IT-department, where we empower the entire company to utilize AR and VR technologies. We're currently developing an AR based software, which should be rolled out to users in our plants worldwide. In this internship you will help with this global rollout of an innovative software solution in various ways. From communication with the end-users in the plants to more technical support, like application-testing, writing user stories, and IT-security. We are looking into for a driven individual who works independently and will come up with own ideas! You will work at the central IT-department in Munich in a team of application developers (who are looking forward to supporting) with opportunities to visit users in the plants in different locations.

What should you bring along? 

• Bachelor or master student in the field of computer science or similar.
• Ideally you have experience with Augmented Reality applications and IT-Security.
• Creativity, openness and communication skills.
• Desire to take over responsibility and work self-directed.
• Analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Passion for technology.
