Logistics Specialist (f/m/x)

As a Logistics Specialist (f/m/x) you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations status in the logistics area: incoming and shipping goods, empties, line supply and warehouse processes. Furthermore, you are responsible for identifying, troubleshooting and creating root-cause analysis of problems. You will be the first contact to production for physical logistics escalation.

What awaits you?

• Ensuring procedures and documentation for daily operation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and perform root-cause analysis of problems.
• Specify, plan, analyze and execute purchasing activities for equipment's and tools.
• Continuous interaction with logistics service provider, report and monitor service level in the daily operation, measure and update KPI’s.
• Gemba activities to ensure quality of work and safety requirements, Generating of basic data for continuous improvement activities.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in other related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience within logistics in a similar position.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office softwares.
• Ability to work in a team, assertive and good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within BMW network.
• Willingness to work is shifts if needed.
• Hungarian and fluent English knowledge. German would be a plus.
