Senior Warehousing Specialist (f/m/x)

As a Senior Warehousing Specialist (f/m/x) you are responsible for ensuring, monitoring and steering of the actual logistics processes in the Logistics Building (MLC). You will coordinate and optimize daily operations with all relevant process partners, and you will be responsible for the communication with the service provider and stakeholders.

What awaits you?

• General contract management of logistics service providers under the scope of the Logistics department, that includes technical/operational steering, periodical reviews, collaboration in contractual documents review, etc.
• Collaborate with Logistics Planning and with service providers on the design of new logistics operations.
• Coordination of the daily operation of logistics processes with all relevant process partners and process optimization activities. Implementation of process standards in alignment and benchmarked against best-practice within the BMW Group.
• Development, implementation and monitoring of KPI's for logistics processes.
• Contract change management initiation if applicable in alignment with all relevant partners.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in other related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience within logistics in a similar position.
• Excellent project management skills, prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel within BMW network.
• English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken, German language would be an advantage.
