As a Logistics Process Management Specialist (f/m/x) you are responsible for ensuring, monitoring and steering of the actual logistics processes. Your major task will be to coordinate and to optimize daily operations with all relevant process partners, but you will be also responsible for communication with service provider and stakeholders.
What awaits you?
General contract management of Logistics Service Providers under the scope of Logistics department, that include technical / operational steering, periodical reviews, collaboration of contractual documents review, etc.
Collaborate with Logistics Planning and the service providers on the design of new logistics operations to ensure the full scope of services are met.
Coordination of daily operations, process optimization activities and implementation of process standards in alignment and benchmarked against best-practice within the BMW Group.
Contract change management in alignment with all relevant partners.
Development, implementation and monitoring of KPI's for logistics processes.
What should you bring along?
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in other related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience within logistics in a similar position.
Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Software skills.
