Production Quality Specialist - Assembly

As a Production Quality Specialist (f/m/x) assembly, you will become part of a dynamic, highly motivated and agile team with the aim of setting up the assembly in the new Debrecen plant and the initial launch of the New Class vehicle architecture.

• Being responsible for quality control in the production team.
• Developing, initiating and monitoring the activities required for the stability of the production process.
• Optimizing unlocks potential to preventively ensure quality.
• Performing and driving the problem management process due to product defects.
• Initiating and coordinating weak point and root cause analyses.
• Initiating immediate optimization measures for quality.
• Collaborating in product projects on topics that affect your own area to ensure process stability.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor´s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field of study, other appropriate experience, or qualifications in related field of manufacturing is valuable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or similar positions preferably in Automotive Industry, specifically in production or quality area of assembly.
• A high degree of flexibility, motivation, and a sense of responsibility.
• Hungarian and English working proficiency is required. German proficiency would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and perform majority of the BMW Group qualification program abroad during the first year of employment.
