The BMW plant in Hungary offers you an interesting position as a quality management specialist (f/m/x) at the Debrecen site.

What awaits you?

• Being a process auditor ISO 9001 as well as responsible for the implementation, monitoring and further development of the quality management system in plant Debrecen.
• Identifying potential in the quality management system, developing creative solutions and coordinating these with managers across technologies.
• Applying quality methods for the further development of the QMS, as well as coaching/training quality methods.
• Controlling and steering QMS activities in the plant (ensuring QM system, including coordination via all affected interfaces), and reporting. This includes the steering of the target management process of our technology.
• Coordinating the monitoring and escalation of key topics (systemic root cause finding in our networked production system) in the indirect and direct area.
• Developing audit plans according to the ISO 9001, as well as preparing and performing audits within the different technologies in the plant. Furthermore, you assure the proper implementation of measures.
• Being responsible for the risk management process of our technology including consultancy of our interface partners in the plant, supporting the identification, evaluation, steering and monitoring of relevant risks using suitable methods and tools – e.g. moderation of workshops and meetings.

What should you bring along?

• Degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, quality management or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way, as well as subject-specific additional qualification.
• Profound knowledge in ISO 9001 and quality methods.
• Profound handling of MS Office tools and affinity for statistics.
• Professional experience in production or quality management.
• Affinity to work with many interface partners.
• Willingness to travel in the BMW group network (during and after the qualification program).
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills are necessary (German language knowledge is an advantage).
