Senior Systems Engineer
The Senior Systems Engineer creates Specifications for new products, services, and functionalities and secure fundamental IPR to solve such use cases. They will be actively working with various internal teams engineering the architecture and design of new use cases and features. This includes specifying architectures, engineering systems, and developing protocols as well as realizing it in HW prototypes or in-car prototypes. The Senior System Engineer is responsible for the development of projects with internal and external partners. The Engineer is the expert in specifying complex technologies utilizing state-of-the-art technology and integrating features in existing systems.
They lead the entire development process: design, implementation, and debugging. Additionally, they will develop new technologies and use cases to be used in widely adopted technology ecosystems. This involves contributing solutions to standardization organizations and leading standardization efforts within international standardization organizations.

The pay range for this role is $154,360- $214,288.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
• Confident in presenting and defending technical solutions to internal and external teams
• Excellent communication Skills
• Excellent Problem-solving skills and ability to abstract and break down complex problems in
manageable portions.
• 2 years’ experience in software development
• 3 years’ experience in Standardization (e.g., IEEE, 3GPP, CCC)
• 5 years’ experience in Engineering and/or specification development
