Our team at the BMW Group focuses on innovative software testing solutions for ECU software. We explore the potential of Artificial Intelligence to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of automated testing processes and develop cutting-edge approaches in this field.

What awaits you?

• You will support the development team to understand software requirements and identify areas where AI can enhance automated testing processes.
• Furthermore, you help to research and experiment with AI techniques such as machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models for intelligent testing solutions.
• In addition, you contribute to designing and developing AI models and algorithms to automate test case generation, test execution, and defect detection.
• Moreover, you will assist in improving project requirements through AI-based approaches.
• Furthermore, you help to evaluate and compare different AI-based testing approaches and provide recommendations on their feasibility and effectiveness.
• Additionally, you support the documentation and presentation of findings, methodologies, and results to the team.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of requirements engineering concepts.
• Programming skills in Python, Java or other relevant languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI technologies such as machine learning frameworks or natural language processing libraries and large language models is a plus.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
