Purpose of the Job:

To plan, lead, organize and control all aspects and activities within sealer and wax to ensure the daily achievements of targets (Quality, Volume , Cost, Safety and Availability) and continuous improvement through the supervision of direct associates, coaching of process supporters and all line activities while improving all relevant standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Safety- Adherence to OHSA, reporting near misses.
• Quality - QZS, QZF, RWM.
• Delivery- UPH Target.
• Cost- Managing consumables and scrap.

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

• Minimum N4 Electrical / Mechanical qualification.
• Minimum 6 years in Paint Shop Production or Process role.
• Knowledge of company policies and guidelines.
• Risk management. SAP Systems. IMS Systems.
