As an Employee Centre Administrator, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.
What awaits you?
- Work environment – You will work at the Communication Center located within the BMW Group Plant Debrecen, in an open-office environment together with other office employees and your team members.
- Team – You will join a local team of 8-10 specialists. Act as first point of contact for employees on HR Services related topics both via Email and Telephone.
- Primary task – Complete HR related requests with focus on personal administration e.g creating certificates, sending payslips, references, maintaining employee personnel and job related data, archiving data/employee files. You will create new starter contracts, leaver letters, promotion letters and any other contractual documents for local employees and those on expatriate assignment.
- Administration - Manages employee queries and escalations via nominated mailboxes.
- System – Use SAP workflows to process employee job related changes including loading new starters, leavers, promotions and working time changes.
- Reporting– You will complete any ad-hoc reporting required by the business.
What should you bring along?
- Educational background – Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Work experience – Practical experience in the field of HR desirable.
- Work schedule – You are willing to work on-site at least 4 days a week during regular business hours.
- Language skills – You are fluent in both English and Hungarian, in writing and speaking.
- Required knowledge – Knowledge of SAP HR desirable.
- Communication skills – Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Attention to details, precision oriented. Strong Excel skills.
