Description
Supports all processes for the full life cycle of International Assignments at Plant Spartanburg to include inbound and outbound assignments, both short- and long-term. Provides administrative support, project management, process documentation, tracking and reporting.
The qualified Intern should be expected to assist and improve in the following:
- Works with well defined processes in the Global Assignments Area
- Works with the main elements of International Terms & Conditions
- Supports all coordination of onboarding, assignment management and offboarding, utilizing customer service skills
- Assist with Global Assignments administration such as documentation, tracking and filing, preparing reports and completing process documentation
- Assist with New Hire Orientations
- Create presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards
Qualifications.
- HR relevant degree preferred
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task ad prioritize
- Effective communication skills
- German language preferred but not required
- Spanish and Portuguese preferred but not required
- Understanding of the different cultures within the Americas region preferred
- Successfully completed an internship or working student assignment with the BMW Group (3 month minimum period).
- Current enrollment in Master program outside of the United States or enrolled in the last semester of a Bachelor program outside of the United States.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
