What awaits you?
- Oversee and develop a comprehensive qualification strategy for specialized riveting and fastening processes employed in Bodyshop and energy module production.
- Lead production processes, conduct thorough error analysis and implement corrective measures in a highly automated environment. Define and implement short-term solutions on-site to ensure operational sustainability, production capacity, and provide targeted training as needed.
- Optimize operational processes for existing production systems, focusing on value creation and achieving peak performance within your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance production processes, implementing improvements that optimize system availability, output, and overall performance.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Chemical engineering, Robot engineering, Automotive/Automation engineering, Mechatronic engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the field of production with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology, e.g. in electromobility.
- Proven ability to effectively train and mentor technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
