Description
Supports the Logistics Energy Module project and Physical Logistics with process mapping and the development / steering of reporting for critical milestones and deliverables.
The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the in the following functions:
- Develop and track critical status indicators for the Logistics Energy Module project.
- Schedule cross functional stakeholder alignments.
- Create and maintain visualization tools, dashboard, etc.
- Support Logistics Energy Module project financial tracking and steering.
- Support process mapping / value stream mapping of the business including documentation of standard processes.
- Support process improvement and continuous improvement activity.
- Lead meetings.
- Organize and give presentations.
- Value Stream Mapping creation for Physical Logistics Energy Module Processes
- Logistics Energy Module Financial Reporting Dashboard
- Logistics Energy Module IT Delta Exploration Status Reporting Dashboard
- Logistics Energy Module Standard Work Documentation
- Logistics Energy Module Onboarding Timeline
Qualifications
- Education: degree with focus on logistics that relates to process improvement and data analysis in manufacturing environment. IE Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, etc.
- Proficient skills in MS office applications - Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office. Able to collect and analyze data by utilizing advanced excel formulas.
- Able to apply problem solving methods to aid in process analysis and project management skills.
- Able to effectively communicate, work in both team/individual environment and steer projects with results.
- Prefer previous internship or work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prefer German language.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
- Able to work full-time (40 hours / week)
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
- THE WORK TERM DATES ARE JANUARY 13TH - MAY 16TH, 2025.
