This is a full-time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 13, 2024 through July 11, 2025 in Mountain View, CA.
The BMW Technology Office in Mountain View is offering an exciting internship on the RF Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and put into operation RF Communication Hardware
POC Communication Hardware
Develop and implement communication protocols

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $32.50
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $40.00

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at time of application
Field of study: Engineering
Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
Experience with: Embedded SW Design, C/C++, Communication Networks
Interest in the field of automotive
Willingness to work on an international team
Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical capabilities
Preferences:
Experience in the automotive industry
Languages: English and German (fluent, oral and written)
