(Senior) Mainframe Security Engineer (f/m/x)
SMART IT SYSTEMS NEED EVEN SMARTER PROTECTION.
SHARE YOUR PASSION.
The future of mobility depends on the smart connectivity of our systems. We are now able to do what so far seemed impossible: both digital services and autonomous driving are revolutionising our daily lives. However, they also create new risks. Only those able to recognise and contain the danger of cyber-attacks in time can allow innovations to develop. This requires IT security experts who are able to foresee all conceivable as well as previously unimagined threats, think in complex interlinked contexts and develop countermeasures using innovative software solutions. Working as part of a motivated team, you will take on great responsibility and help to secure the future of mobility.
The "Cross Platform Services" domain encompasses the Database, Documentum, Enterprise Scheduling File Transfer, Mainframe, as well as Data Integrity and Security products. It is responsible for the development and operation of enterprise-wide solutions for data storage and management.

- You also ensure the validity and compliance of IT security regulations for the mainframe and support the SIEM process.

- In the context of problem, incident, and change processes, you coordinate providers and close security findings.
- Additionally, you ensure that the role and authorization concept for system administrators is up-to-date and meets the requirements.
- You also support the encryption of data on the mainframe and the establishment of secure transport protocols.
- You assist with the decentralized maintenance and monitoring of the role and authorization concept.
What should you bring along?
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the mainframe environment is required.
- Profound knowledge of IT technologies and associated security solutions.
- Professional experience in agile work methods.
- Knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL).
- Expertise in the security systems "TopSecret" and/or RACF is desirable.
