Business Analyst
Key responsibilites:
Responsible for conducting business analysis for the needs of company projects (including IT projects) for Polish, Czech and Slovakian markets.
Define business requirements and translate them into IT language in accordance with adopted methodology and based on the highest quality standards.
Ensure alignment of requirements between business owners and system and process owners in terms of feasibility, priority and scope of changes.
Act as a main contact person for new IT requirements, proactively verify scope of business ideas.
Act as a consultant for the business to maximize business benefits from investments.
Responsible for preparing of documentation in accordance with adopted methodology (e.g. user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps etc.).
Ensure verification of requirements between departments and markets, identify dependencies and address related challenges.
Collaboration with external and internal IT suppliers throughout the entire production cycle of projects.
Propose and develop tools and implement best practice in the area of business analysis.
Key requirements: Experience & Knowledge & Skills:
At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably in finance/automotive area.
University Degree.
Fluency in Polish & English (both oral and written).
To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems.
Ability to apply analytical thinking.
Ability to learn quickly, being a self-starter.
Building and maintaining close business relationships.
Organizational skills, ability to prioritize.
Ability to implement forcefully.
Collaboration and communication skills.
Knowledge of tools supporting project management (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and IT literacy, especially MS Office.
