Our team “Quality Steering Specialist” at the Debrecen plant aims to provide our customers with defect-free vehicles. In doing so, we are responsible for steering the plant's quality goals through consistent monitoring and driving the quality problem landscape.

What awaits you?

• Being the responsible quality steerer for the integration process of the chassis and the driver assistance system and ensuring customer protection in collaboration with different departments within the factory.
• Organizing and maintaining the link from the plant to the Development and Purchasing departments in the process chain.
• Introducing qualified quality topics into the control loop of the product lines, driving their implementation and taking over the confirmation of effectiveness after the measures have been implemented.
• Leading quality specialists in the assembly, where chassis and electronic components are integrated in the vehicle.
• Working together with product lines and other production sites around the world.
• At complex issues with high costumer relevance, overtaking the responsibility of the problem solution and leading the expert team in the root cause analysis and defining the technical measures.
• Being part of a motivated and collegial group of quality specialists.

What should you bring along?

• Degree in a technical discipline or comparable qualification with appropriate advanced training.
• 3-5 years of profound experience in quality work and production.
• Automotive product knowledge with focus on chassis, driver assistance systems or vehicle electrics and electronics is preferred.
• Knowledge of the production processes of assembly is an advantage.
• Experience in big data analysis to identify quality topic patterns is an advantage.
• Fluent Hungarian and English language skills. German speaking knowledge is an advantage.
• Motivation for building up the quality processes in a newly established BMW plant.
• Willingness to travel abroad for the qualification.
