How did you get to work today?
My personal brand experience starts every morning when I drive my dream. By that, I mean not just driving my car to work but also representing our company as a brand ambassador.
On which project/topic are you currently working? What was your most exciting project?
Right now I am working on different customer-related topics as part of our customer strategy, which is very exciting. The customer is the most valuable asset of the company. We focus our efforts on creating the best possible experience for every one of them, esp. regarding the challenges of the digitization.
The most exciting project I am currently working on, however, is planning and realizing a customer week. The idea is to sharpen our employees’ minds throughout the entire organization. We want them to get to know our customers and better understand their current needs and future expectations.
What makes working at BMW Group special for you?
The brand BMW has always been part of my life; my parents are passionate BMW drivers and that rubbed off on me, shaping the emotional connection to the brand. Therefore, I was coined by their attitude towards our brand from childhood on. Furthermore, our world-famous brands are very emotional to me. I really love my job and appreciate the great opportunity to drive our cars and work together with open-minded colleagues from all over the world.
Tell us something your coworkers don’t know about you?
I really love India from cultural point of view. Some of my colleagues even know I spent some time there. However, what most of them do not know is that I was not watching Bollywood movies over there but “watching” one of our competitors from the inside during an internship. Yet, all is well that ends well...
