Which Project/Role are you currently working in?

Well, I have worked for the BMW Group for nearly 7 years and more specifically, in MINI. I am currently working in the Sales Departments Sales Area Manager. As such, I look after the North/Northwest region of Spain, one of the four areas in which the Spanish market is divided.

What makes working at MINI special for you?

Ever since I was a child, I have loved cars! Therefore, working in the automotive industry for a company like BMW Group is already a great source of satisfaction. The opportunity to look after MINI, an iconic brand that emerged from a car model almost 60 years ago, is a dream come true. If there is a brand within the automotive sector that is inclined to give you freedom to innovate in marketing, it is MINI. To me, MINI is a brand in constant change and evolution towards the future – and like the Group, this makes every day a new adventure.

What do you like most about your working environment?

First and most of all, my colleagues! Companies are made by teams and I can say without hesitation that the people I work with are not just good people, but also great professionals.
Secondly, I also value the quality of the facilities of the Group in different countries, as well as the different flexible tools and models that help me reconcile both my work and personal life.
Finally, for those who love cars like me, it is a pleasure to work in an environment full of the latest products across all brands of the Group.

What is the coolest brand experience that you have enjoyed?

I have had many good and unique experiences since I joined BMW. If I had to highlight one, it would be the presentation of the new MINI Countryman in January 2017 in Bilbao (Spain). The whole MINI Team participated and we had the opportunity to enjoy and deliver 2 days that were full of MINI experiences. This is exactly what MINI is about – maximizing and transmitting great experiences to its customers.
