CAREER DAYS FOR PUPILS 2020 AT THE BMW GROUP PLANTS.

The dream of your dream job – it turns into reality at the BMW Group and you’ll find a training that really suits you here! At our Career Days you can sneak a peek behind the scenes, and work together with our apprentices to experience the training they receive first hand. Not only will you get answers to all your questions during discussions with apprentices and instructors, but you’ll also get an exclusive insight into our training experience. We would like to cordially invite you and your parents to this event.

Ask your questions.

What does a production mechanic (f/m/x) or a industrial mechanic (f/m/x) do? What does the training look like? What prior knowledge or skills do I need? At which location will the training take place? Our instructors and apprentices look forward to your questions and will offer practical advice and an insight into their everyday lives.

Experience your future workplace.

This is your opportunity to discover your training environment. Find out which machines and systems our apprentices work with and get to know your future workplace.

Explore your talents.

Together with our apprentices you will explore our training places and discover hidden talents. While passing interesting work stations you can flick over our apprentices shoulders and try out some tasks at one point or another.

Get valuable application tips.

Do you already know which career you want to pursue, or have you discovered an exciting job at the Career Days? Our recruiting teams will give you useful tips for your application – from to creating the right CV to completing an online application, through to the selection day.

There is one thing that unites all our apprentices. Their passion for the products – our emotional and sporty vehicles. Regardless of whether it’s the BMW i8 at the Leipzig plant, the new Series 3 in Munich or a motorcycle in the Berlin plant – at our Career Days you can experience our products for yourself.

Experience the world of production

At some locations you’ll have the opportunity to experience the production live. Find out how we create vehicles with passion and state-of-the-art technology. If you are interested in training for a technical career, you might even encounter your future workplace.
